Dr. Erin Lee of Grand Madison Acupuncture will incorporate acupuncture points to nourish the Heart and Calm the Spirit, while focusing on stress reduction and nervous system regulation. Ingrid Young, a Reiki Master, will provide a short reiki session to support deep relaxation and energetic clearing of the Heart space, fostering clarity, alignment and lasting transformation.
