Before You Book

FEES:

A private initial acupuncture appointment is $250, and follow-up appointments are $200. We also accept HSA and FSA cards.

Community Acupuncture group sessions are $88, with cupping or gua sha available as optional add-on services. Read more about Community Acupuncture here.

INSURANCE:

Upon request, we can provide a Superbill with the proper insurance codes for you to submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. Please contact your insurance company to verify if you have out-of-network acupuncture coverage prior to requesting this document.

WHAT TO EXPECT:

All private appointments are 1 hour and may include a combination of acupuncture with cupping, guasha, e-Stim, vibroacoustic therapy, ear seeds and/or herbal medicine prescription, depending on what is needed at the time of appointment as determined by your practitioner.

Once scheduled, you will receive an appointment email with a link to complete New Patient forms online. Please complete these forms prior to your appointment or plan to arrive at least 20 minutes early to complete at the office.

CANCELLATION POLICY: 

If you need to cancel the appointment, kindly let us know within 24 hours of your appointment time. Appointments cancelled between 12-24 hours from your appointment time will be charged a $50 late cancellation fee. Missed appointments or cancellations less than 12 hours before your scheduled time will be charged the full session fee.

A credit card hold will be required at booking, however you will not be charged until after your session.
