Before You Book

FEES:

The out-of-pocket fee for the initial acupuncture appointment is $250, and follow-up appointments are $200. We also accept HSA and FSA cards.

INSURANCE:

Upon request, we can provide a Superbill with the proper insurance codes for you to submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. Please contact your insurance company to verify if you have out-of-network acupuncture coverage prior to requesting this document.

WHAT TO EXPECT:

All appointments are 1 hour and may include a combination of acupuncture with cupping, guasha, e-Stim, vibroacoustic therapy, ear seeds and/or herbal medicine prescription, depending on what is needed at the time of appointment as determined by your practitioner.

Once scheduled, you will receive an appointment email with a link to complete New Patient forms online. Please complete these forms prior to your appointment or plan to arrive at least 20 minutes early to complete at the office.
