Qigong Workshop
As Spring arrives, nature begins to awaken — buds form, energy rises, and movement returns after winter’s stillness.
Spring in Traditional Chinese Medicine is the season of the Liver, a time to encourage smooth flow, release tension, and allow new vitality to grow.
While Tai Chi helps us express energy through movement, Qigong focuses on cultivating and replenishing that energy — gently supporting the body, calming the mind, and aligning with the season of renewal.
This workshop offers a slower, nourishing practice that complements Tai Chi and helps to:
– Restore energy after winter
– Improve flexibility and circulation
– Reduce stress and mental fatigue
– Reconnect with breath and inner balance
